Returns Are Only Accepted If:

• You receive the wrong length or texture due to an error on our part

Conditions for Return:

• Hair must be in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and untampered with

• Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours

Absolutely No Returns or Exchanges If:

• Hair has been worn, installed, washed, colored, or altered in any way
